I recently heard an excellent speaker talk about the concept of enjoying the moment!
Something we have all heard about before, right?
Sometimes I hear something, and it really resonates with me, and this powerful message did just that! As someone who enjoys staying busy and finding ways to grow as a coach and leader, I often find myself having less energy when I’m with my family and friends. It’s great to chase our passions but it’s more important to spend time with the people who make you happy and to invest in those relationships! I have found those moments of happiness give me strength when my day isn’t going great.
After hearing the speaker talk about joy and surrounding yourself with people who make you laugh and smile, I have restructured where I spend my time and energy.
The time is now to do more of what makes you happy!
