The power of being fully present for someone else should not be undervalued. You single handily can make a huge difference in someone's life with a small simple gesture.
When you show up for someone it sends the message:
You matter
You are not alone
You are capable of amazing things and I want to support you anyway I can
I am so grateful to have incredible people in my life who show up for me.
A few examples of opportunities where you can show up for the people in your life:
Inviting them out for food
Sending a quick text to check in
Giving them a call to say hi and ask "what's new?"
When you intentionally invest time into others, you make them feel valued and have the ability to lift them up!
