"Life is not measured by time, it is measured by moments"
Buzz Williams was named the head coach for the men's basketball team at the University of Maryland. During his introductory press conference, he shared the quote, "Life is not measured by time, it is measured by moments." I had never heard that specific quote. It was a refreshing reminder to be grateful for the here and now as opposed to always being focused on the future.
