“Marginal gains: 100 things done 1 percent better to deliver cumulative competitive advantage.” — James Kerr

One of the biggest lessons I took from Legacy is that success rarely comes from one huge improvement, it comes from consistently getting a little better in many different areas.
Maybe it’s:
1% better at your craft
1% better at preparing and planning
1% better at listening and learning
1% better at responding to adversity
1% better at developing your skills
1% better at seeking and applying feedback
1% better at challenging yourself outside your comfort zone
1% better at holding yourself accountable
1% better at learning from your mistakes
One improvement may not seem like much, but when you stack them together over time, the cumulative effect can be significant. We don’t have to make one massive change tomorrow, we just have to find the next 1%.
Thank you for reading and please feel free to reach out if I can help in anyway!
Sending positive vibes,
Dan
