Adversity.
Two things usually happen when adversity presents itself within a group of people (two or more):
They stay CONNECTED or They point fingers and make excuses.
Think about a recent example when you faced adversity….
- How did you react?
- How did everyone else react?
- If you could go back in time, would you change your actions?
When adversity presents itself, and it will, the BEST leaders find a way to remain calm, communicate at an elite level, and take action. And then have an AAR (After Action Review) and work relentlessly to be better prepared for the next time.
