“He’s a driven human being. That’s what made him great. That’s what kept him up. He wasn’t afraid to work. And that’s the difference. He wasn’t driving you in any different way from driving himself. That’s the part I respect the most … Whatever he asked you to do, you knew he was doing at least that and most of the time much more than that.”
- Jeff Saturday
“To me, [he’s] the greatest of all time. What he’s accomplished and the way that he studies, the way he prepares … he always wants to improve, he always wants to get better and he doesn’t settle for anything less than the best.” Tom Brady
“He did so many great things on the football field and they had such a great winning culture here for the past decade or so. But what he did off the field is incredible, as well, with the children's hospital and everything you learn about his involvement in the community. I think he definitely had a great impact both on‑and‑off the field in this city, and really a great role model for a young quarterback of sort of how to operate on and off the field.” - Andrew Luck

The Indianapolis Colts are 3-0! I am writing this at halftime of the week four game against the Rams. I have always cheered for the Colts and the best seasons were when Peyton Manning was the quarterback.
Learning about his work ethic, preparation, growth mindset, and leadership made me admire him as a person. His reputation speaks for istelf and his impact on the NFL, his teammates, and the community is something that he should be very proud of.
The quotes from other elite players I added at the start of this post show the impact he had on so many others.
Lead Like Peyton!
