I recently learned about the word, meraki, through a leadership course I was taking. Meraki is a Greek word that describes doing something with love, intention, and a piece of your soul. It’s the invisible energy felt when care goes beyond obligation and creativity meets purpose. Meraki lives in the those small choices that reveal pride, passion, and authenticity. When we act with meraki, even the simplest efforts become deeply meaningful.


With 2026 just around the corner, now is a good time to look back and ask ourselves how much care we’ve truly put into what matters most to us.
